That wall is a savy investor that recognizes what SUNR is doing as has received those shares at a much lower price. Knowing SUNR is in no hurry to sell, SUNR will wait for more momentum and that savy investor will catch weak hands and flippers early sells as we as sell some of their shares should their be more momentum.
