I've been telling you all NOT to PR intent but only issue news if the event is locked or imminent. When people continuously buy on maybes, people continuously lose their ass. The forward looking statements clause excuse has lost it's power here imo.
I'm not sure if I'm up or down overall on SDVI but considering all the time I've spent following it, I'm down big time. My fault for finding interest in all the drama but after following the progress or lack thereof for 5 years, this was a colossal failure imo.
I'm sure you know that current status does not require audits. This latest PR is full of holes imo. Looks like SDVI set in place an excuse not to file. Waiting for accountant to complete audits blah blah blah.
Your integrity and CEO professionalism has been duly noted. While I am certain that some may miss your quality input in the future, perhaps this signals our moving on to what we may call another reality. It certainly can't be any worse than what we have had over the years. Good luck to you.
