What do they know? Okay, from what I have learned on this board.....we speculate that the MMs are trying to buy up as much as they can before a huge PR that will send the stock soaring. We speculate that they shorted this stock with out coverage,isnt that illegal? Dont they have 3 days to cover? This is the 3rd day of a huge rip. What else could it be besides something illegal? PLEASE stop me if I am wrong...XAN, CHART, FRINGE someone?!?! Anyone?!?!? I have been holding the candle here for a long long time. Back in the PGHI days. Need some explainations here. Conspiracy theories welcome. ;o)

Neither. It is the market makers taking advantage of flippers and fear and greed. Welcome to the OTC BB penny heaven world. It is not for everyone. Stock went from .002 to .0227 and then retraced to .0105 and now we're on our way again. Simple as that
