I am thinking along the same lines and was discussing that yesterday with someone. I think with the acquisition of Progas and taking the company in that direction along with the move into the new HQ (why the new office and reason for change in location..hmmmm) I can see them selling off these assets for cash. What better time than now when due to Katrina these assets are at an all time high...
