And as far as the statuses... I've paid and seen both corps plus the various entities involved with the mergers in 2007-2011. I have access without paying each time.
The company with filing number 4341118 shows as "Inactive" as it should. 3159910 merged into 4341118, which is why the system can't find it.
Rome was not built overnight, nor any very successful idea or Co, that is why I consider the current pps a gift for investors, as the long term outlook here is 10,000% higher in a year or less, pretty darn good odds too....
SKTO Officers/Directors are moving with quickness, if they drop a deadline I am sure it will be met.....
Seems to me the Co rewards longs by dropping info at EOD, kinda like testing the flippers, I love it, true sign of big money working to get every share they can at the best price.....
