I am familiar with you defending other companies with the same status.

So I dont see that as any big deterrent for you to buy here

where at least, as it was pointed out to you last nite for possibly the 4th time,

the year end is JUne 30th.

They will file and that status will be removed

I spoke with them today, and that time frame is on track as written in the last 2 PRs.

you should be looking at all of these penny stocks as if a skull & crossbone is attached, regardless of how in order everything appears. been good clean trading here, ran %100 last week, needed to pull back. looking for more. JCDS
