Most of that is true, but is it true for the pennies? Not entirely. Most of the large institutions will stay away from pennies and sub-pennies, simply because most of them don't have the amount of shares to sell to the large institutions at the amounts they want to buy. 2nd, pennies and subs are entirely too speculative in the general sense for large institutions to want to play in them. 3rd, just about anything in the pinks is entirely hands-off for large institutions for the same reason stated in your earlier post. The manipulation factor is just too much for the large institutions to stomach.
