It only helps Elite. The FDA ruling on Purdue was one of the greatest things that has happened to Elite in the past 5 years. Hello ELI-216.

As they should they just earned themselves a few more Billions of Dollars in revenue....good for them.....however, they did so with the caveat of setting up little old Elite to reap tons of revenue themselves in the not so distant future......blocking many other of Elite's competitors.....Oh the irony!!! LOL LOL :-)

This is sort of correct. Opioid Generics took a loss here but abuse resistant companies scored a big win. Ultimately all these drugs will be abuse resistant. Since Elite is already partnered with Epic and Actavis, seems they are on the right path
