I dont think OCZ will go BK, seeking alpha is full of idiots IMO. OCZ's products are good, it's the management that needs to be fired as it is they who are to blame.

OCZ has got to take care of this:

OCZ hasn't filed quarterly reports for Q2 (Aug) - Q4 (Feb); reaffirms Q2/3 rev guidance; sees Q4 rev just below two est avg; to predict when the co will become current with SEC filings.

They currently are in the midst of asking for yet another stay after missing the deadline again.

That being said I put a modest bet down today. Sorry, there just is no definitive answer to your Q.
