This is what I had remembered in the PR about the SM



The board has fixed the close of business on March 22, 2013 as the record date for determining the stockholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at the Meeting or any adjournment or postponement of the Meeting. SURE WISH SOMEONE WOULD SMACK THAT ASK and burn up those .014's...very anemic. We could use a shot in the arm from the company today.
