They have been, by many. Although I think beside the B/A manipulation the rest of what they do is legal.

Selling against the box is legal, if the trader owns the shares then they can sell them however they want. Big money won't let this stock rise, they control the float.

CDEL is not doing anything wrong, the flippers, the company and the promo guys are the ones killing it.

at this point we are hostage to CDEL. It appears they own so many shares that they control the PPS. Maybe CEO sees this and issued more shares to common shareholders to try and balance it out. With CDEL in the picture, till they do their thing we are stuck.
