We already discussed this yesterday. The "sell-off" was flippers flipping screaming "OMG VERT IS BACK, DILUTION!" Sell then bash. Very annoying but it happens all the time. It is what it is and no different on MINE. I wish sellers wouldn't try to convince me that 144 applies to conversion though and insult me when they've been corrected.
