though i'm as positive on the stock as you, i have to correct you that at least one institutional holder (Baker Bros.) has liquidated his position somehow.

on 02/01/2013 they announced still having all their shares and some days later, after the announcement for exploration of strategic alternatives, they filed the next 13G/A and reported zero shares. still don't know who has bought them and what price for.
