As long as their an SEC filer it automatically puts them in QB tier I believe....
I was watching a stock earlier last year that had an E and when they filed and got it removed it traded on the QB... I just didn't know that the OTC downgrades your tier for late filings. That same stock got an E again today and was kicked to the pinks too. CBIS has had an E in the past as well...
I wonder if it has something to do with the XCHC auditor debacle... If my house doesn't float away today I'm definitely putting in a call. How embarrassing.
