If he's going to make an attempt at a CC I would suggest that he pull all his blogs and DOOGS 1-12 list talking about all the discrepancies in them and get his spin comments together and address them. With the trail he has left he had better do lots of homework and preparation or tailor the agenda to best suit him. This could be a very huge mistake for him because the verdict on measuring a security is in.It isn't about any unquantified or qualified opinions...its about the facts he is responsible for as well as all that blog fluff content Theres nothing to defend.The blame game finger pointing by a CEO is deplorable in the 1st place....but to think he would use a CC to do that, amazing... by not taking responsibility for his own actions that he as a CEO knows are his legacy is simply childish and inept. The guy is a lipstick and perfume guy though...this call will be one for the pinky historical archieves.
