yes, Postyle's (I believe) posting of the transcript was helpful and VRNG has maintained all along that Becker's addendum is nothing new, that it was all presented at trial, including the 3.5 to 5.0% as noted in transcript. The more I read, the more I get the idea that VRNG really IS trying to play reasonably... not requesting the highest figure that could from GOOG, not requiring GOOG to post bond etc......
I think RA's analysis of this Becker thing being a red herring is excellent and to me, seems like GOOG is splitting hairs by saying Becker is constructing a new damages theory cuz he uses I/P Engine and not Lycos....(duh!). And I know I'm smart and have the answers, but HJJ hasn't called me yet to ask for my expert opinion!
