Oh, I check OTC Markets every morning, they will show up there first. So I will know when Finra has approved them.
Just seems odd that Donny Rex said the pay date is today and they haven't shown up on OTC Markets,
Maybe because the divys will be in the dreaded cert form as the company Lectic, as being spun off, does not trade as a public entity. So looks like shareholders will receive restricted shares in private company.
