#8866 RE: Hoozyrdadi #8860

Good morning 'h' ----- I offer my apologies to all on this board for my last post, but I do not retract any of it. Each of us is responsible for our own dd, but to have falsehoods reported is damaging for ones who are less proficient in their own dd. penny stocks as we know are precarious. you don't put your mortgage money into them. moving forward, I called a friend of mine last night who prepares and files sec documents. I also copied in for him the post from yesterday. not in any specific order, his comments were that current auditors, of which he is familiar with, would have uncovered discrepancies prior to this point. If there was an issue, they would have to go back and rework every filing from the point in which they took over, a mess for sure. If it was not 'material', i.e., affecting financials, no work to be done. the comment about what was in a pr is bs to him. auditors do not control pr's, legal teams perform that function, and signed off by wang as last step. if there is material defects, hopefully fcpg has as a stateside listed company e & o coverage. end of that. imo, and make it only my opinion, this guy named doug if he has any job with fcpg is a total joke. in his so called position, I cant believe for one second he was authorized to make any comment like he did without consent from legal counsel. that comment of his could adversely affect pps correct or not. shareholders look at those comments as continued issues with fcpg and hence the posts of today that have surfaced. furthermore, the words wang should have a press release out Monday or Tuesday to provide an update would indicate to me, and only me, that filing is still at a date further out than even I expected. I saw that very showed up again, and interested party's should ignore. the chatter between him and alltheway from fcpg and bfar make me still believe they work in tandum or are one of the same. if we drop today, I will be buying as much as I can with my broker. significant gray areas for sure, however the underlying numbers of fcpg shows it is clearly undervalued. there has been a constant effort to keep fcpg at lower pps, and comments that are relayed only support it. I hope nobody is fooled by what is going on, and remain strong in your positions. if you give away your shares now, it will be a shame. when the filings come out, it is my position which I have commented on before, there will be a favorable reaction. most importantly as someone has pointed out, wang has to surround himself with more experienced staff that enables the company to spring forth. he has illustrated an inability to comprehend the magnitude of his inactions. david
