Check with your state. I didn't have to serve a waiting week because CPI closed operations in my state. Doesn't hurt to try. I have just got my second "check" (my state does a pay card).

My state unemployment bureau is waiting still for confirmation from CPI that I have been laid off or terminated and our 401k money is in the same status.

I'm in pa and I called unemployment the day after we closed and called in just on the 14th and I got mine today and it was for two weeks. I had to claim the hours I worked the day before we closed and the 6 holiday hours we just got a check for.. And it sure is nice to have time off and get paid! Lol.. I've worked for years so I don't feel bad.. This company stole our lives and our soul and I'm so relaxed not dealing with all the bull we all put up for years. Make sure you call unemployment because they can go back and pay you for weeks back that you didn't work.. Good luck :)

If your do your surf on Sunday you are suppose to get it on Wednesday I try to do mine every Sunday but I usually have to call on Monday and have them put it in manually I'm usually on hold anywheres from 45 minutes up to 2 1/2 hours does anyone else have this much trouble
