Its quite simple... the pump into earnings brought buyers, they exhausted today so sellers have now the upper hand. Also I believe MMs were shorting us in last 2 days and now they see easy walkdown so they took the chance when they saw ARCA taking on dumpfest again.
Solomon created this evil by dilution and it will be extremely hard to kill it.
