Which is a lie. Only SEC registered and reporting companies file 10-K's. GDSM is not and has not. Either it was intentional and they are intentionally and fraudulently misleading people into believing GDSM is somehow legitimate and reports to the SEC, or it was unintentional because management is too stupid to know any better. Either way, it proves management has no business running a public company.

They've remained current, now if they follow through on something, we could have a nice one. Not sure if people realize this, but generally when a true pump and dump occurs, they generally go to a stop sign or caveat empter status @ pinksheets. This has not happened with GDSM. Definitely a lotto here, but it was to me before when we ran to .034 CENTS...

Great Post, and thanks for the "NEWS">Repurchase of the preferred Series E, states a lot for the direction GDSM stock will be headed soon "NORTH". And WSRA, owes GDSM for failing to live up to their agreement on the testing and development, I am looking for a Law suit to be filed against WSRA??
