This data was in fact from a FOI, and captured reports through April 11.

Nothing too alarming that I could see except for a single non-fatal aortic thrombosis. Two other less-serious circulatory issues. About a dozen reports in total.

This data presumably reflects overall usage, including use in blast and accelerated phase.
