It's being diluted anyway but wouldn't you rather have one VC guy invest 5 million at .20 a share than have 100 little guys invest 50K each? That would be 25 million shares. Well they already handed out 25 million shares in the last year anyway. And it would actually slow down the dilution. If they had funding then they could pay the consultants in cash rather than handing out shares every single time they need to pay expenses.
