Why would they not just pay the 8 million with the 19 million presently in the account ?. I'm voting to discontinue the management but this company is NOT in any stretch ,going bankrupt or in a need for financing to cover expenses .That's ridiculous and you know it.

have a look at which point sprott is getting his shares
and also at which price-level.

in my point he is still underwater ! the same as we !

an additional financing make only sence to receive
warrants, but how crazy is the business :
buying shares high, then destroy all positives,
then financing to get warrants.

i didn´t believe that sprott wants to run a mine with all
these circumstances.

if we - the shareholder - destroy this management, who will
be the possible new management; are there any guys beeing in
the backyard ?

is there anybody going to this next shareholder-meeting ??

how to vote from outside ? are the ir in charge to deliver
the proxy ?
