if anyone can altered any product(s) and call its their own, is/was that legal? as google is/was doing!

lets forget/move on away from this google for now (maybe/assuming without more $$ from them) and lets move on to MSFT, ZTE, etc. etc. DO WE STILL MOVING FORWARD AS A COMPANY AWAY FROM THIS GOOGLE's BSs TO GO ON AS BUSINESS AS USUAL?
