I am not making things up...yes I know she is limited to the amount she can sell during the quarter.

Why is she selling a substantial percentage of her holdings ?

808000000 x 1% =8,080,000 for 3 months. Many peeps are looking at the 1% average weekly trading volume. They are totally missing the 1% of total o/s shares and reading the or part of the equation. obviously she has a choice. In theory she could sell 8 mil from her filing within 3 months or all in a week and then not sell anymore until the 3 months are up and then repeat.

Trading Volume Formula. If you are an affiliate, the number of equity securities you may sell during any three-month period cannot exceed the greater of 1% of the outstanding shares of the same class being sold, or if the class is listed on a stock exchange, the greater of 1% or the average reported weekly trading volume during the four weeks preceding the filing of a notice of sale on Form 144.

In essence she has probably already sold over 8,000,000 shares.
