If you have this understanding, I think you are in for a rude awakening:

lets not forget that the financing RFMK acquired last year which does not allow the share price to go below 0013 or else the financing company will lose value. If I am not mistaken- the financing company bought all their shares for half price when the pps was 0026 in exchange for 50 grand a month payable to RFMK

Anyway, the manipulation of the pps IS no doubt tied to the funder, Ironridge, that is wash trading to maintain a level of the pps.

Don't see how this illegal manipulation is good for anyone who owns or considers buying this stock.

There will be some bigtime losers on this stock....some already are and it will only get worst.
