Again...that will be for the new crop of shareholders to take advantage of. That money was used up....ran out...and he has been looking for that funding for a loooong time..the funding he gets won't be the funding you want....that ship sailed for current loyals as well.

Its been investigated..he has admittedly told everyone he is looking for friendly financing. That was darn near a year ago. That never came...now that "avenue" has been paved...he has no other logical options but to restructure. "forward" is a term he has been unable to attain in his 7 years at the helm....wearing his big boy CEO shoes that he could never quite fill. What would ever make you think that he has the talent to do anything better than his recorded 7 year history of data that has shown all only one way he has managed this company.... .0001 no bid..out of cash company.
