1) you either lost money in psid and are bitter
2) You want to buy in as low as possible
3) You have no life, and decide "da, me tinks I go to psid board and start twubo"

I thought PSID was a scam too but after reading the transcript of Caragol's interview (after hearing it several times) in addition to some other observations, I summarized my viewpoint of PSID here (add to that Boeing's IR department personally confirmed it with me that they have a teaming agreement with PSID):

That's what I am waiting for. The 10-K and the R/S is small stuff compared to what may be coming in June. IF they get noticed at the June event in addition to getting a piece of the Stage 1 contract (if not all of it), then we have ourselves a ballgame, ladies and gentlemen.

Also, Caragol and others acquired shares what would be 6 months ago shortly after June 30th. They may be lining up to sell them into good news.
