Yeah, I wondered if it was going to. It has filled most of the way but we'll see if it fills all the way. My instinct tells me it has already filled since within the past 2 weeks we traded at .33 and .34. If that is the case, then we are ready to go up now and have seen the bottom. That is my guess.
