Frank, I'm just embedding an image into the message. On your profile page you can have a message signature. If you use the codes for an embedded image there it will always appear at the bottom of your messages.
To edit your profile click on your screen name in this message header and then click "Edit My Profile" on your profile page. The message signature is at the bottom.

I'm guessing we've already seen the last sale of shelf shares to cover operating expenses. They may still opt to use them for certain payments but my interpretation is that the letters of credit will effectively relieve their immediate cash crunch. In any case, I'd predict future share sales will be at a higher price. FWIW...
