That is good and was expected. You will be seeing more of that in pennies. And yes, I think there are a lot of crooked stocks out there. Exspecially mining stocks. That is why I seldom get in them. But this one is not crooked. You can look at past stock price for this stock and that is obvious. Obama apointed a woman to the SEC to clean up the market. She also did that a number of years ago, and she went after the mob in the penny stocks, and was also involved with putting John Gotty in prison. They say she is someone that you don't want to mess with. We will be hearing of more and more of these crooks going to jail. That is good. The woman is a real terror.

Company said they are going to prosicute shorts that smeared the company in order to short the stock. Bashing and smearing are 2 diferent things. Bashing is just your opinion, and you are free to do it. Smearing a company and saying things that are not true is something else. And about those 2 that were convicted in California a few years ago: ( The thing you posted is something else) Actually they were convicted and went to jail. 2 people in California triyed to bring down a company by constantly smearing them on a public forum for 2 years every day. The company had enough and pressed charges.
