Apparently the wording you're concerned about is pretty much standard for these small exploration and Development companies. I was taken back by it the first time I read it also. It doesn't bother me anymore. When you invest in a speculative company, you risk losing your money. I think LSTG is close to the point where it will be making money, therefore pps should go up in response! Although it has been frustrating waiting for things to happen, I am excited about it at this point.
