Legally Steve cant tell shareholders not hide what was said. That would be insider trading and a big no no.

The private meeting before upfront answered many question easy ones and very upfront and hard ones. I did not hold back. Steve and Joseph answer all question and were given lots of insight in the goings on with PNCH. Nobody was ever told not to speak about our discussion althought the shareholders that were there are substantial shareholder and we are not talking about our discussions. All I will say is PNCH had huge expansion last year for a reason and 2013 is the year of PNCH!
