When I spoke with someone at Cigna, she said they heard about CPI but their system has not updated with new info. Once they get the info from CPI, it will be updated to date they state done. Within 30 days, Cigna will send all of us letter to let us know we has so long to find new insurance and we are uncovered by no fault of our own.
