What else would you expect?
from a currently EMPTY SHELL with 600$ cash that shows a Shareholder Deficit of ~$60 Million for last year?
Almost the only ones that made some Dollars here yet are the selling Insiders and the Promoters wich are claiming to get paid $50k for a 30 Day Campaign.
Interesting is that two of the three promoting Companies aka Effects-10 d/b/a 10 Baggas (John Ki/The_Pink_Lawyer and Ben(Bailey?)/$tock_Professor) and PsionicMatrix (or should we say M Stocks,LLC as this Link proofs http://www.webstatsdomain.com/domains/psionicmatrix.com/ -> Domain name: psionicmatrix.com Registrant Contact: m stocks llc) claim to may get paid $50.000 for a 30 Day Promotion Campaign.
Per the last 10K some Joon Yoon is listed in SWCI's Filings in conjunction with M Stock(s), LLC: Joon Yoon has voting and dispositive power of the securities held by the selling stockholder.

The principals of Effects-10, LLC each own approximately 39,000,000 RESTRICTED shares of SWCI...

So both Parties are claiming to get paid by pennystockmomentum

Their Disclaimer shows:
www.pennystockmomentum.com expects to be compensated up to $400,000.00 in cash for a 12-month awareness program for SWCI by a third party, J. Kim. The principle of www.pennystockmomentum.com owns approximately 39,000,000 RESTRICTED shares of SWCI

Their Pricipal owns as well 39M shares and can't sell yet... what means it must be one of the above since the only other listed 39M shareholder is Jae Hwang, the Attorney Partner of the paid Promoter John Ki, who has registered 24M shares with S1/A for sale already.

So who is it? John, Ben or Joon?
