I don't know about going "too far", but I think they've gone "far enough" to test even the most ardent shareholder's patience. I don't know of any MDMN shareholder that approves of the current communication, or lack thereof. In their defense, they are currently at the mercy of Amarant, though shareholders need to be updated exactly where everything stands in that regard.
