Bootom line...there is no reason for DMXP to do a reverse split just to pump up the stock price. DMXP needs to release really positive news in order to make the stock price move up.

There's a psychology involved in each share of stock having more value and the share count being lower. Otherwise you are correct; the number of slices doesn't make the pizza larger or smaller.
