As in a Loan from a Bank...Do you think a Bank would take shares as payment on a Loan?...LOL

There are other ways of paying off debts than giving shares in lieu of payment...

Call him and ask him if you really want to know the details...He sounded very proud of the fact he has paid this $8.5MM debt off...

I didn't press for more information on this subject, as that was not the main reason I called him...
