Huh? Share count has nothing to do with a death spiral. There's multiple ones here - the company itself has put them into their filings!

"Only" 11.4 million shares converted at half of what they were sold for? Wow, that's 11.4 million buyers who are probably P.O.'d as hell now.

The death spiral is the company's only way of getting cash to stay in business with it's horrible balance sheet.

If the convert holders can't convert...
