EVERY company that uses back-end corn oil extraction technology is aware that GERS invented, and owns the patents for that technology. They are also aware that GERS charges a ROYALTY for the use of that technology. That means for every gallon of corn oil produced, they are not paying GERS. Why does it make no sense NOT to procecute those companies, as well as competitive companies manufacturing the infringing technologies? They are cheating GERS out of deserved royalties.
Edit: I should add that it is not necessarily infringing by manufacturing the equipment. What IS infringing is using the equipment and NOT paying the patent holders the royalty.
