Sorry John, i must have over looked the S1/A.
I take it back, the Company registered 62.5M shares.
It wasn't my intention to make a false claim here, it was purely a misinterpretation of the Filings. I've ask already to have my earlier post removed.

Now, you, once again, post inaccurate and irrelevant "due diligence." But I shall entertain you again, but I must warn you, that unless you can prove to be more credible in your postings, I will have to stop responding to your posts as nothing more than a waste of my and this board's time. I'm not sure exactly where to start or what to address in your post, as your post really boils down to mere incoherent ramblings.

I believe you stated in one of your earlier posts that the "J.Kim" listed as the third-party payor of www.pennystockmomentum. was actually a "typo" for John Ki. You posted this missive:

You follow-up such brilliant "due diligence" as demonstrated above by now saying that "Jay Kim" of Pink Beauty is the "J. Kim" third-party payor. First, no: the third-party payer's name is not Jay Kim. He does not work for, owns, or is affiliated in any manner whatsoever to "Pink Beauty", SWCI, Seon Won, John, Ben, MStocks, Jae, Jimmy, Jay, Osmer or anyone else, or 10Baggas or other promoters or anyone. Secondly, SO WHAT if the third-party payor, J. Kim is "Jay Kim" of Pink Beauty? What significance does that have? Is there some reason that "Jay Kim" of Pink Beauty can't hire an awareness company?
