There are however NO lawsuits pending agains PEIX, REX and VLO so that's simply misinformation trying to mislead investors, which is when used to be of influence to the PPS securities fraud. So it is posible that those responsible for this false information will be prosecuted. Also investors of the named companies might take legal steps!
