I find it hard to understand how with NIGA already in existence, the tribes cannot form a viable international uplink platform. Me thinks the tribes fight for position percentage a lot thereof. It would be same as congress with blockheads infighting for prestige and greed. Sounds like a Bridge Too Far Movie remake
