PS. For awesome decay, look at SRS double inverse real estate and DRV triple inverse real estate, money losing bets against commercial real estate. IF the commercial real estate market stays flat but oscillates around a mean, these will decay enormously mathematically because they are inverse and leveraged. But commercial real estate follows bizarre metrics and is propped up by economic policies and never seems to decline, hence the double diamond ski slope.
Bottom line, I own leap puts on SRS.
Worth doing the calculus on leap puts on SRS and DRV, imo...
