Hello everyone.
Native USA tribes possess dual citizenship, as they are a legal nation within a nation. Residents of USA administered lands overseas share somewhat the same unique position. When USA corporate cruise liner ships leave USA territorial waters, they are in-effect separate entities and can at least theoretically, operate internationally connected legal online gaming and gambling. This legality position becomes ever more nebulous in the cruise line has its domain ina special status corporation off-shore (from USA).

Maybe ATIG should have gone this route?
A Cruise Line probably is somehow associated with giant international gambling interests (read legalized 'companies and 'organizations'; which have the legal $$s for donations, etc.

Even better, a tribe could access a space communications satellite
link and no one can stop that avenue of international online Sure a nation could object and block its people from receiving and using such a space communications satellite link. I believe a tribal nation in Canada offers its gamblers such a legal uplink.
Americans can go there and do the online gamble think. I might be wrong on this, yet ATIG should have just uplinked itself into international gaming online territory. Would have made an interesting court case, especially if from USA tribal Lands uplink station. "I love the smell of electrons burning in the uplink!' Forget Bit-Coin, try coding Space Coins?

Why the USA Federal Government chose to stop USA citizens from using their credit cards to gamble internationally online, is a moot question. This was accomplished under the Bush administration and most likely smacks of fundamental religion trading political support for preventing 'sin'? The government (at the time of the Bush era) was uncomfortable with not getting taxes from a soon vastly dawning international arena of gambling.
In present times, I would suspect many in congress and banks could come together rather easily for legality bases and ripping the taxes from the virtual cloud.

Is ATIG making phone calls or a flight to OK, to pursue involvement in the OK online gambling set-up?
So tell me you all . . . how does ATIG get the 'freeze' off itself and get new financing? Its going to take millions to get online gambling/gaming going.
