They haven't filed it yet. You saw the first filing Friday with SEC. Form 15...so they dont have to file with sec....just OTC markets. ....so I suspect we'll be seeing the merger filing soon with initial company disclosure. Most of us are expecting a r/s. There are 9.8 billion O/S.
