You may be right. But, if you have seen as many delays as you hint to, you also realize a delay in reporting is also an indicator of bad news, in most instances. For the most part, company executives can't wait to put out good news and delay as long as possible putting out negative news.
Unless there has been a change that will have a material effect on the company, as the reason for the delay in reporting, the share price may not get much help from the report due out.
