You submitted a complaint to the SEC ? If so, why ? Can you show us something "on paper" online, etc. that show they are not voluntary ? Or what there standing is as of right now.... Put it up here and I will forward it on...

It really is a sad situation. I guess when you change CEO's so so much. Have crappy leadership throughout... You end up with a bottom feeder running the show and someone who has no business in charge of a company like this.... Reminds me of the post office. My dad use to say he and all the hard workers got paid and no promotions. But the minorities that did really bad work would get promoted so the US post office could meet its quota and get the lazy workers off the line.

I guess Viropro is the only Voluntary Filer at their Level. Glad to see the SEC make special exceptions for certain companies. Freakin Brilliant !
