I think it was inept management which involved us being scammed to string along investors and to make Biebers camp think they knew what they were doing.

I believe it was (SCAM), they never had a functional product (PhoneGuard), sold over 20 million dollars in stock that magically went **POOF**, and all the $$ disappeared from the balance sheet, every exec jumped shipped except the Stoop St. Eclaire who was left holding the bag, defaulted on even paying Sasso for phoneguard and getting sued now, go to phoneguard.com for verification, defaulted on their rent and got evicted with a 100k judgement against them for that, Touted Cellairis Carrying it in Stores and investing in the company (never happened), PR'd about 3 products coming to market that didnt, and 2 mergers they PR'd to sell stock that didnt happen, the EPIC FAIL Non-Concert that OPMG advertised the Hell Out of...to Sell Even MORE STOCK.....then Cancelled it at the very last second and now the only guy left (St. Eclaire) has now disappeared......., and dont even get me started on our "Spokesperson", Justin Bieber......

You tell me?....

It's even worse with all of the "don't text and drive" campaigns going on. With JB, we should have had a big impact on this market. Was this a scam?
